How do You stay Positive for a test?

one be ready 2 eat a good breckfast 3 play for 30 minets 4onfedent 5 sing a song

Write down WHAT an outline you would need for the test, what you don't feel confident about.
Eat a well balanced breakfast, I would suggest eggs, and maybe sausages and such. However, if you don't have it, cereal would do great. Nothing sugary like lucky charms and such, that overwhelms you.
Take your vitamins, drink water, make sure you are well concentrated. So you don't really have anything to fret about. Use the bathroom before the test, get all the water and necessities you need. Pencil, sharpener, and a paper. Extra pencils so you won't fret being late if it is a timed test or being distracted.
If the teacher lets you, ask her/him about what we would be going over in this test before you start, - ask for more time to study or look back in your books if you still feel that you may get stuck. READ THE QUESTIONS BEFORE THE ANSWERS, THEN GO BACK TO THE STORY, SAVES YOU TIME ;)
