OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you so much! Whom does Sal see when she and her father first meet Mrs. Cadaver in Euclid? A. Phoebe Winterbottom B. Sal's mother C. Sal's grandparents D. Mary Lou Finney

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Not her mom, she died, she was with her grand parents, and Mary Lou wasn't recognized yet. A bit shaky on the memory, but I remember clear as day that she saw Phoebe's round, pale, face pressed in a window watching her I believe.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you so so so much! I'll give you a medal as soon as im done okay :3 How does Sal feel about Mrs. Cadaver at the beginning of the novel? A. She thinks Mrs. Cadaver is responsible for her mother's death. B. She resents her because her father is paying attention to her. C. She blames Mrs. Cadaver for her mother's disappearance. D. She thinks Mrs. Cadaver is rude and has no manners. I think it's D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

d miss smarties I gave you meddles give me meddles to

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Did you even read the novel... Mary wasn't SEEN the time she arrived. She saw Phoebe, and thought she was mysterious. Sure, next time, NO DIRECT ANSWERS.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha I've read the novel a while ago, i remember some of it, but I forgot some of it aswell. thank you for you help though!

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

TW, make sure you read it! And, I don't think she was rude, I think she was jealous and mad that her father was with her so much. I think later on she blames her. I'd say B or C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks alot, I'll go with B :3 are you able to help with a few more?

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

She used her upset moods about her mother's disappearance, and her jealousy of Mrs. C and her father's relationship too seriously and starts to blame her Sure, I read this in 6th grade, about 1 -2 years back.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

read what and I am a boy and you never gave me meddles and I meddeled you alot

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am in 6th

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I gave you a bit of medals, look at your name. And I have people calling up on me, so I don't really have time to focus on medaling, I come back though.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I don't think Sal gives up that her mother is dead, just, lost.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok sorry I only have two

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

yet. xD. I was hoping that she was still alive. No problem TW! You go on animal jam too?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

SAME

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hold on why did sals mom leave again? Sorry, I read this book two years ago in 5th grade xD

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I think because of mourning and she needed a bit time alone? Not sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I just meddled you now meddle me

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Since tulip died and all, she was traveling, and was located in a accident.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I don't remember exactly why she left.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks! I just need like 10 more questions do you think you can help with some?

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Why is Phoebe's mother unhappy? A. Her family likes her to dress a certain way. B. Her family doesn't believe in giving compliments. C. Her family only eats the foods they like. D. Her family takes her for granted. I don't think it's A but I have a feeling it's either b or d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

d I think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need 50 meddls

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry I already gave misssmartiez a medal xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so did i

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Correct, she feels as if she is only used as a mother, and when Phoebe turned down her offer, and said "No, I am not a KID anymore! (I think calling her mom by her first name)." Made her felt unneeded in her family; and just a house mom, I think she wanted something more.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

They all took her for granted, even when she called her husband HONEY or something, she asked if you wanted anymore brownies and such, they turned it down, I think hurting her feelings. So.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I felt bad for her too, I don't blame her for leaving xD.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks, I'll go with d! How do the students feel about Mr. Birkway's reading their journals in class? A. depressed B. cheerful C. angry D. worried (I'm 60% sure the answer is D but i think it's also A???)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i meant i think its b instead of a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

c

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Not sure, some people didn't like it, since their personal feelings were written in there and it might disrupt and shaken friendships.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

No they weren't angry :l

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Well, Sal was jealous Ben might have had a crush on another girl before her. So,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have not read that book what is its name

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Walk on two moons.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i would go with b because some of them were worried about the friends and sal was worried about the crush?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is this a book club

OpenStudy (anonymous):

awser me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no, she's just helping me with some questions about a book

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I think it is worried, they were nervous and bothered by the idea, wouldn't say depressed

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Ei, I read the book 2 - 3 times and I still can't remember the moods clearly xD.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(thank you so much btw) Which statement does not describe Sal's father? A. He is loving. B. He misses Sal's mother. C. He is easily excited. D. He is thoughtful. I think its c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

make it a book club a virtual book club that is

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I know A and B is obvious.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont think it's c so should i go with that one??? it says not by the way xD

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I don't think C because she remarks he hadn't seen him this joyous and such since mom left.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let meet back here next week

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

He is thoughtful, he thought about his wife's feelings and gotten her romantic gifts and an intimate actions with her, thinking about how she felt and was aware with her feelings.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I meen next month

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

And Sal's too, don't forget he does pick up on his little girl's moods. He seems to question them a bit and it shows that he knows about her discomfort and attempts to comfort her so.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let read this book and meet back here next month on the 9th

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i mean he is loving and misses the mother, so i think its c?? xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@MissSmartiez ??? (sorry if i bothered you xD just let me know)

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Sorry, I was with someone else, um, yes probably c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay xDD thanks a lot! Why does Mrs. Winterbottom leave home? A. She wants to find the place where she was born and raised. B. She no longer loves Mr. Winterbottom because he is strict. C. She wants to find her mother, who was lost. D. She wants to find out who she is besides a wife and mother. i think it's b???
