Question

Not exactly a math problem but, I have a slight problem. Lately, I have just been guessing and not paying attention to my math work. Does anyone have tips on getting caught up?

When I'm falling behind in math I set myself up a day where i only focus on math no other subject and i just calm down and make myself focus
