the local group of star trek fans just inherited $500k from their late founder and president. the will specifies that they are to spend the money to build a new headquarters for their club meetings. they want to put up a sign outside the new headquarters with their organizations logo that looks exactly like the old one, except larger. the old sign was a large T outlined with a curved piece of neon tubing 13.4 ft long and the T itself was covered with gold paint. the t and the tubing were inside a circle of radius 2 ft. at the new building the circle will have a radius of 5 ft.
