Megan should eat healthy, while on a diet. She should also walk to places instead of driving. (if she has one!)
Talk to her parents about a plan to slowly cut the junk because just cutting it off and starting a diet is more healthy yes but will cause her to revert back to it and fall off her plan, also playing sports or joining a team is a better way to exercise because you don't nee to force yourself to do it it becomes a fun way to lose weight..... hope i helped
Exercise 30-45 minutes a day, don't starve yourself because the body stores fat as a survival technique against famine. Eat less dairy and sodium, also don't try exercises that are too difficult because then you'll lose motivation.
No matter how much Meghan would run, she could never get fit even if she exercised every second of every day. Meghan would need to go straight to the source of all that excess fat she is gaining which is the junk food. By just drinking a coke bottle, she would have to bike ride 1 hour and 20 minutes without stopping.just to get rid of the calories. what she could do is have a salad instead of a milkshake. Also she doesn't need to have a sweet treat every night. Hope this helps! : )
