Weird, however, its likely one of the family member got the IP address banned during when they were on Open Study. I would just go to a friend place or somewhere else to create an account on Open Study.

@Mahoganie.Carson I think the only way he or she would get his IP address is by being inside the house. I just search it up, and the IP address is the network or wifi the owner has.
