I have a bad writers block when I first write a book.  Help me out... Here's the plot:

"I wake up on an operating table, in a room with flashing lights.  The floor is filled with water, blood, and broken objects.  To the right of me is another operating table with a dead body on the top of it.  The water continues to rise in the room until I am floating above the table..."

Maybe you are part of a top secret experiment, where they kidnap normal people and experiment on them, and what ever they did to you made you able to control water ( So you can breath it) and you break out of the facility, and you find other people that were experimented on but have different powers ( AkA fire ice electricity for instance) and you team up to take down the organization so no one else has to suffer your fate ( So bacicaly you become a super hero)

Have you ever seen resident evil? This plot kind of reminds me of it. Maybe that will give you an idea.
