CH4, H2O, CO2, H3O+, CO3(2-) were placed between two electrically charged plates(one positive and negative) list all those species that would have a net attraction to the positive charge and list all those species that would have a net attraction to the negative charge

the ones with positive net charge will be attracted to the negative plate and vice-verse. The ones without any net charge will not be attracted by either of them
