You can do this by:
- Logging on each day
- Answer questions
- Ask questions
- Receive medals for answered question
- Receive medals for asking question
- Any reply in a question such as tagging someone
- Talking in chats
- Messaging others
- Getting fans
- Getting testimonials
- Earning titles

All of these things contribute and raise to your Smart Score. So pretty much whatever you do on OpenStudy goes toward your Smart Score.

(ii) Selection and Training
Moderators and SmartScore 80 and above can apply to be Qualified Helpers. Non-moderator Qualified Helpers must:
a. Have at least one title
b. No suspensions
c. Send in a ID
d. Sign a agreement
e. Go through the selection and interview process
f. Go through training
g. Commit at least 2 hours a day.

Ambassadors are representatives of OpenStudy. We answer questions from new users. We welcome and greet users. It's our job to be the embodiment of OpenStudy's ideologies.
Before I go any further, there are strict requirements you must meet.
◘ Be thirteen or older
◘ Have a form of ID - excluding a birth certificate
◘ Have no serious offenses on your record
◘ If you have serious offenses, an additional process may be required
◘ Have read the Code of Conduct and Terms, and understand the rules

◘ As an Ambassador, you agree to always be kind and understanding
◘ As an Ambassador you should let users know you appreciate them
◘ Congratulate and reward positive behavior, and discourage negative behavior
◘ Lead by example!
◘ Respect the staff - never talk ill of OpenStudy
◘ Never disclose personal information if shared with you
