Can someone Help? I need to find the value of x.
@hartnn
The sum of all external angles in any polygon is always 360 degrees.All you have to do is add up all the values of the angles and equate it to 360 Like this- (x+16)+(3x-1)+6x+5x=360 Can you do it now @I_need_help_please ?
x=23?
@Vijeya3
Aren't there any more instructions? Were you told that the two apparently horizontal lines are parallel?
no. those are the only instructions. @mathmale

For more info on "exterior angles," please see the following: https://www.mathsisfun.com/geometry/exterior-angles-polygons.html I didn't know this theorem about the sum of exterior angles myself, so had to look it up. always a good idea to look up things that are unfamiliar or hazy for you.
okay thanks everyone
