If this is an SAT test question, I would do the problem by inspection. X equal to or greater than 13, the length of XW is too long to make sense. If the triangle were a right triangle, which it is not, but it is looks close, the length XW would be around 16 cm. If x = 6 cm the length XW would be 21 cm. 9+12 If x =13 cm the length XW would be 41 cm. 23+19 which way too long
