this may be a glitch for your OS, you can try to use a different browser, for example, google chrome, internet explorer, firefox, try each of those, also,it may be ur internet connection or ur computer, sometimes old computers will be slow, same with bad internet connection. Check those, and if it is still a problem, then I have no clue, because it is working just fine for me

I am on internet explorer and my google chrome wont work cause my grandparents are messing with the Cable so is that maybe the problem?
