to get that green title you need to have at least 50 medals in the openstudy feedback section once you get 50 medals you follow these steps to get your title- go to you profile- http://openstudy.com/users/Hauntedwoodsgal there you click the "unlock titles" thing http://prntscr.com/al8anj then a title list opens and there you can unlock the title that you want
