well I've always been a fan of Shakespeare I think his legacy as an author endures because he use so much emotion which leaves people remembering what they read. As far as what ways he may be overstated, I can not answer. I think Shakespeare is incredible. His works have made me into a play writer myself. I absolutely love all of his works, especially Romeo and Juliet (the written play, the films, and the actually play acted out). I hope that helps answer your questions.
