by definition of `bisect`, the two angles ABD and DBC are congruent |dw:1458952166145:dw|

since we're given `DBC=10x, ABD=4x+15` and we know that `angle ABD = angle DBC`, we can say 10x = 4x+15 solve for x and tell me what you get
