OpenStudy (anonymous):

(-8X)<56 dividing by 8 on both sides should get you -X < 7 => X+7>0 or X > -7 Hope this helps

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

- 8x < 56 divide both sides by - 8....keeping in mind that with an inequality, when dividing/ multiplying by a negative, u have to change the inequality sign. x > - 7
