So me and my band wrote a new song. Could you guys tell me what you all think please. It'll be a lot of help to us since we are going to try to compete in the Ernie Ball's Tournament for Van's Warped Tour.
Generations By A Burning Masquerade Will we stand behind The shining light that's guided us When we were just as young As our parents But yet we have the will The will to move forward We are the spark to ignite the flame The flame to last for generations So our kids and their kids can live on With no sign of worry And fear of the world So take my hand And let's live on for our generation ~Heavy Progressive House Bass Drop~ When will we start again What we left behind, so long ago I don't wanna give up Before its time to give in We still have to fight So let's fight with what we have We are the spark to ignite the flame The flame that will last for generations So our kids and their kids can live on Without a single worry And no fear of the world So take my hand And let's live on for our generation ~Heavy Progressive House Bass Drop~ *singing softly* When will they know That they are safe from the world We just have to let them go And let them see the world With their own eyes
I'm loving it. :)
Do you think you can run like an acoustic version of it and post it to YouTube or something? I like the lyrics a lot and the message they carry, but am having some trouble establishing the flow and intended rhythm, without being able to hear it. Seems like it has a lot of potential tho :p Nice job.
We probably might make a acoustic version eventually but right now it will be like a Social Repose song from his 2014 album Maniacal Love. Me and the rest of A Burning Masquerade was up all night last trying to come up with new music to present at the Ernie Ball tournament this summer.
