OpenStudy (mallorysipp234):

I have a picture attached. I don't see how i got part C incorrect. I plugged in (-3) to the inverse of h.

OpenStudy (mallorysipp234):

hartnn (hartnn):

for a shortcut, \(f^{-1} o f (x) = x\) always. How did you get -8/3?

hartnn (hartnn):

ohh, you just plugged -3 in \(h^{-1}x\) !

hartnn (hartnn):

that will give you \(h^{-1}(-3)\)

OpenStudy (mallorysipp234):

i plugged -3 into the inverse of h. -3-13/6 and got -8/3

hartnn (hartnn):

but that will give you \(h^{-1}(-3)\) right?
