OpenStudy (rosales0228):

WILL FAN AND MEDAL!!!! Which gas would act most like an ideal gas? a. xenon gas at 9.25 atmospheres of pressure b. xenon at 1.1 atmosphere of pressure

OpenStudy (faiqraees):

Ideal gas behaviour is observed at much greater effect at lower pressure so it should be A

OpenStudy (photon336):

Lower pressure means less chance of interactions, so it's going to be the sample of xenon gas at the lower pressure. yeah so at higher temperature the gases are moving around faster and have overcome intermolecular forces.

OpenStudy (photon336):

at lower pressure moleculs are spread further apart to avoid attractions.
