Can anyone help me with this? Which is the best approximation for the circumference of a circular garden that is 36 ft in diameter? A. 226 ft B. 113 ft C. 108 ft D. 54 ft

OpenStudy (mathmale):

What is the radius of this circle? What is the formula for the circumference of a circle? since you are given the circumference, you can work backwards and find the radius from this formula.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

glad to help, but not going to be hurried. The faster you follow my suggestions, the sooner you'll have your answer (through your own efforts).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh thank you so it would be B then right?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Show your work, please, so that I can follow your reasoning.

Aw man sorry but our hour of study time is up (-_-) thanks for the help though (^_^)

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Next time through, why not do the easiest problems first, if your learning system permits that? Then you could ask questions here about the harder problems.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is a good idea I will try and do that, Thank you (^_^)

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Good luck!
