Fan, medal, and cookies too! What affect does temperature have on humidity? What affect does temperature have on air pressure?
@Mythorius
If the water vapor content stays the same and the temperature drops, the relative humidity increases. If the water vapor content stays the same and the temperature rises, the relative humidity decreases. This is because colder air doesn't require as much moisture to become saturated as warmer air Credit: https://climate.ncsu.edu/edu/k12/.humidity In other words, the same number of air molecules occupy a larger space or the same sized space with increased air pressure. The opposite effect happens when air cools. As the temperature drops, molecules move more slowly, taking up less room. Credit: www.sciencekidsathome.com/science_topics/hot_air.html
Hopefully that helps, Super.
