OpenStudy (thedumb1):

What are the limiting factors of ducks in the ecosystem?

OpenStudy (thedumb1):

to be specific Muscovy ducks......

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

what do u think

OpenStudy (thedumb1):

i honestly do not know so far i got food, accidents (like cars), and predators

OpenStudy (thedumb1):

i need two more

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

yes those are correct, keep in mind maybe changing temperature?

rebeccaxhawaii (rebeccaxhawaii):

Limiting factors are things that prevent a population from growing any larger. For example, 10 rabbits may live in a habitat that has enough water, cover and space to support 20 rabbits, but if there is only enough food for ten rabbits, the population will not grow any larger.

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

yes too cold may kill the eggs, or not enough food, etc

OpenStudy (thedumb1):

ok thx guys :)

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

no problem

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Pollution, acid rain, predators, (be specific about which), human disruption, global warming, change in tempt, disease, over populating fish, driving them out of ponds, competitive species win, etc.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

It varies actually, however, they now are protected by the law. If you hit them with a car; get fine or drivers license gets suspended.

OpenStudy (thedumb1):

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):
