Constant rate of change question

OpenStudy (clamin):

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Do you know what constant rate of change means?

OpenStudy (clamin):

not really

OpenStudy (kamibug):

Constant rate of change means that the numbers "change" by a "constant" amount or pattern. Do you see that in any of the Version? For example... 2, 4, 8, 16 etc has a constant rate of change because to find the next number you multiply by 2. :)

i got version 3 c

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

@kamibug the example you posted is exponential growth. Constant rate of change means that the increase is always the same from one number to the next. ie. You always add the same amount to get to the next point.

OpenStudy (kamibug):

@clamin You're right! :) ^^^ @agent0smith My mistake! Thank you.
