OpenStudy (mcfly47):

Can anyone help me? Which sentence best explains why shape 1 and shape 2 are not congruent?

OpenStudy (mcfly47):

These are my options Shape 1 cannot be mapped onto shape 2 using a reflection. Shape 1 cannot be mapped onto shape 2 using a dilation. There is no sequence of rigid transformations that will map shape 1 onto shape 2. Not all corresponding pairs of sides on the two shapes are parallel. Not all corresponding pairs of sides on the two shapes are perpendicular.

OpenStudy (chaosguardian14):

ima guess this one "Not all corresponding pairs of sides on the two shapes are perpendicular." but thats because i gooled congruent and i says is supposed to be identical

OpenStudy (mcfly47):

I think it is 3

OpenStudy (mcfly47):

are you sure?

OpenStudy (chaosguardian14):

nope, like i said its just an educated guess... google the terms u dont know and combine the info

OpenStudy (chaosguardian14):

sry im not very helpful

OpenStudy (mcfly47):

its ok, thanks for the help!

OpenStudy (chaosguardian14):
