OpenStudy (rebecca1588):

Which word or abbreviation in the sentence, if any, should be followed by a comma? Mr. Alex Jackson, CEO founded the company 10 years ago. A. CEO B. Mr. C. There is no error in comma usage. D. founded

OpenStudy (bobo-i-bo):

A because the sentence does not make grammatical sense otherwise. If you left the comma out, then CEO would be the subject of the sentence which would make "Mr. Alex Jackson" out of place in the sentence.

OpenStudy (kimbrown415):

A) CEO the sentence does not make sense any other way

OpenStudy (naate):

yea i would say A @rebecca1588
