I'm not sure. I think its C again because the lines are Semitrocal .. idk how to spell it.

In a rectangle or square the angles would always make the polygon equiangular so in this case the rectangle is equiangular.... Now since two sides are marked the same and the other two are marked differently but they are both the same that would mean that this rectangle is not equilateral since all the sides are not the same so it would be B...Do you understand as to why?
