OpenStudy (paulatleiji9541):

The use of nuclear energy is clearly a rather controversial one, with very valid arguments on both sides. Energy is fundamental to virtually all aspects of life of earth as we know it, including food, transportation, shelter, and warmth. Where we get energy to supply these needs is therefore of major consequence, and needs to be considered carefully. Where do you stand? Do you think we should increase our use of nuclear energy in the United States? Do you think we should decrease it or ban it altogether? Do you think we should encourage other countries to use more nuclear energy or avoid using it? Directions: Write a paragraph explaining your point of view. Your paragraph should be AT LEAST five sentences long. It should contain a clear topic sentence and include details that support your argument. Please proof read your paragraph before submitting it - points will be taken off for grammar & spelling.

So, do you understand what nuclear energy is?

Honestly no but in a way yes! But i don't mind if you can explain (:

Basically, it is a way of creating energy using fission and fusion.

read it two times. and than you find what you think, exactly what you think about energy. and use information given in paragraph, to make your argument clear.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There are pros and cons of this. Read about the risks and advantages and decide if you think nuclear energy is a better source of energy than something like solar or wind.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Afterwards, answer the questions.

OpenStudy (paulatleiji9541):

Ok so basically just write about the risks and advantages and then answer the questions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Pretty much. Read about it, and write down your opinion on it. Do you think it is good? Do you think it should be stopped? But make sure to answer the questions in your paragraph.

OpenStudy (paulatleiji9541):

Thank you!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When you are finished you can post it if you want.

OpenStudy (paulatleiji9541):

Alright, i'll show you it and you tell me if its fine (:
