sorry its suppose to be -256
looks like a geometric sequence what do you get for -16/-4 and -64/-16

right yes it is a GS with common ratio 4 nth term = a1 r^(n-1) where a1 = first term and r = common ratio so plug in your given values of a1 and the value we just found for r and you have the answer.
