The Georgia sales tax is 4%. However, some places in Georgia charge a higher rate of sales tax. This is MOST LIKELY because A) shipping goods to some localities in Georgia can be extremely expensive. B) the sales tax in Georgia is determined by how much money the buyer makes per year. C) localities in Georgia can add a certain percentage to sales tax for their own needs. D) sellers can charge whatever they want as long as the minimum state rate is collected.
I am not sure what this one would be.
D and A don't sound right.
Okay, my guess is C then.
That doesn't really sound right either.

It was C ._. XD
Thank you though xD
oh, I was thinking it would be B. I already crossed D out. xd
