I am trying to turn decimals into percentages. What would I do to change 2.64 into a percentage?

multiply it by 100 ( or move decimal point 2 places to the right - (thats the same thing)

So that would be %264?

I thought percentages couldn't go over 100%?

oh yes they can! 1000% for example means '10 times'
