well the book value for year t+1 is the book value you have at the end of year t... so book value at the beginning of year 2015= book value 2014-depreciation 2014 and so on...

Double-declining balance: 2 × Straight-line depreciation rate × Book value at the beginning of the year why did you add 70000 as book value on 2014.. it should be 88000?
