How tall is a typical tall man (in metres)? that's a good 'estimate'

A gallon container of drinks or water weighs about 4 kg - can oyu lift that easily?
If you tried to lift a microwave oven would it be a LOT heavier or a BIT heavier...?
Make you estimate based on that
