A uniform horizontal beam has a mass of 241 kg and is 10.5 meters long. The beam also carries the following three loads: Load A: 4715 N, 1.26 meters from left end, Load B: 1960 N, 3.91 meters from left end, Load C: 1706 N, 268 meters from right end. The beam is supported on both ends. What are the forces supporting the two ends of the beam? @08surya

OpenStudy (08surya):

i guess in pace of 268 meter from right ,it should be 2.68 meter from right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes you are right, its 2.68 m and not 268 m
