OpenStudy (kathydimieri12):

Part A: Find the LCM of 7 and 12. Show your work. (3 points) Part B: Find the GCF of 56 and 96. Show your work. (3 points) Part C: Using the GCF you found in Part B, rewrite 56 + 96 as two factors. One factor is the GCF and the other is the sum of two numbers that do not have a common factor. Show your work. (4 points) I got part A and B but need help on C

rebeccaxhawaii (rebeccaxhawaii):

okay so lowest common multiple is like 2- 2,4,6,8,10,12,14 etc so you need to find the ones that both 7 and 12 have in common - got it?

OpenStudy (kathydimieri12):

i got PART A: 7/1 + 1/12= 12/84+7/84 =19/84 PART B: 56,96= 8 PART C: ??
