I think they're not similar because similar triangles have sides that are proportional and the sides aren't proportional.

As far as I know, \(\color{#000000}{ \frac{70}{62}\ne\frac{60}{54} }\), so the sides of the angles that are equal are not proportional. Thus, as anthonyym said, your triangles are not similar.
