Graph the linear equation. y equals one half x minus 1y=1/2x−1

OpenStudy (photon336):

\[y = (\frac{ 1 }{ 2 })x-1\] right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (photon336):

graphing this is easy. just start at x = 0 and then whatever point you get as a result of plugging in x =0 will be your y point. if you keep plugging in values in x you'll get y values and you'll be able to plot it.
