OpenStudy (korosh23):

Does consonance mean repetition of the same consonant sounds at the end of words? Is it always at the end of words in a sentence? eg. "Such weight and thi[ck] pin[k] bul[k]"

OpenStudy (vsvampires309):

Consonance is the recurrence of similar sounds, especially consonants, in close proximity. It can happen anywhere in words, like your example at the end of the words, or at the beginning like "I see a [d]aring [d]ingo [d]ancing".

OpenStudy (korosh23):

I would agree with you at the end of the words, but not at the begining of words. That is Alliteration. Look it up on google.
