well I think C because the numbers go up to 8 and there are all different. if it was the same there would be a chance of it being that number for example if the spinner only had (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1) it would most likely be 1 since there are more 1's it's likely for it to land on 1. (HOPE I EXPLAINED WELL)
