Need massive help please! If triangle ABC is reflected over the y-axis, which of the following shows the coordinates for point C'? (3, 7) (3, −7) (−3, 7) (−3, −7)

OpenStudy (kris2015):

Well, if it is flipped over the y axis, you would count how many units are keeping it from the margin. Then you count that many over to the opposite side. Make sense?

So B? @Kris2015

OpenStudy (kris2015):

Close. You flipped it over the x axis.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C?

OpenStudy (kris2015):

Yes. :) That's what I got.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks for the help @Kris2015

OpenStudy (kris2015):

You're welcome.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It was correct btw :) @Kris2015
