Help! I need someone to explain this for me, im not good with graphs. y ≤ 2x + 5 y ≤ -3x + 10 A. Graph the system of linear inequalities. B. Explain how you find which region corresponds to the solution.

OpenStudy (destinyjohnson):

Please, I really need help solving this.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Could you graph the line y=2x+5? Slope=2 and y-intercept (0,5).

OpenStudy (destinyjohnson):

Yeah, I can graph it.

OpenStudy (poetryprincess):

https://www.desmos.com/calculator is a good site to use for graphing.

OpenStudy (destinyjohnson):

Thank you :)

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

well, whilst the graphing calculator can do a great job graphing it, it will do nothing for you to learn it though http://www.regentsprep.org/regents/math/algebra/ae85/GrIneqa.htm graph the 1st one, shade the "true" region graph the 2nd one, shade the "true" region see where they intersect

OpenStudy (destinyjohnson):

@jdoe0001 Thank you also :) this really helped.
