B-if she were a good friend she wouldn't let her tease so this can not be right.

D-If she is saying this she is really not better than anyone for telling someone it is ok to tease. This is wrong

B. is incorrect because a real friend probably wouldn't condone making fun of people
C. is incorrect because the truth has nothing to do with it its about being nice and a good person.
D. is incorrect because Maddie is doing the same thing as Peggy so she's not better.
