What we're trying to do here is to use the results of previous draws to predict the next draw. So, if we want to try and estimate the probabilty of the next tile being A, we can look at the proportion of previous draws which were A. So, based on the table you gave: \[Probability~of~A = \frac{ No.~of~Times~A~Was~Drawn }{ Total~No.~of~Draws }\]
