Help please, i just need help again with cleaning up and maybe lengthening this paragraph. Its a very vex assignment, sorry.

Most if not all people will try to distract themselves from pain by giving attention to something else or focusing on some other thing. Playing video games may actually produce an analgesic response in our cortical systems. Not only that, but the deeper one person is immersed within a game the more pain relief observed . Sort of like a T.V next to a hospital patient, video games will distract an individual on a more personal and immersive way due to the actual need of physical and mental cooperation.
