Okay,in such kinds of equations,you can take any alphabet as the variable,since a variable has no fixed value. Let the variable be 'x' Now ,the cost of each ticket is x and the total number of tickets sold is 15 so what would be the total cost? It shall be 15*x =15x In this question,we already know the total cost,so we equate it with this expression so obtained. That is- 15x=810.75 @Ebayminer126 can you tale it on from here?
