Is anyone here a Christian? I am, and I go to a Baptist Church. I understand that it doesn't matter what church you go to, as long as you are saved, you will go to heaven. I was just wondering if anyone is the same as me.

Truth is, it actually does matter what church you go to. Some religions believe in Jesus Christ some dont. In Christianity, there are sadly many false teachings. Some people believe that if you believe in Jesus Christ as your savior, you will have eternal life, some dont believe this. Some believe you can lose your salvation, some dont. Go to a Church that teaches everything about the bible. @blm1

I know, but if you (for example) got saved, but now go to a catholic church, you are still saved, that's what I meant. :) I totally agree with what you said about going to a church that teaches the Bible (AND THE BIBLE ONLY). People try to make up their own teachings but we should follow the Bible and get instructions from it.

I agree with you that we should follow the bible and get instructions from it. But if your Christian and go to a Catholic church, you will get wrong teachings since it is not the same religion. Christians and Catholics do have somethings in common but not everything. So you will mix some teachings from both religion.

I am a Christiaan but I am a non-denominational Christian which means my pastors teaches God's grace and no wrath cause Jesus was the final sacrifice.
