OpenStudy (jeanette.11):

Well, bluegrass is traditionally played on acoustic string instruments such as the fiddle, the five-string banjo, mandolin, and upright bass. Folk music, similarly, is played with the guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, and dulcimer, a fretted string instrument in the zither family. Unless you wanted to consider newgrass, a type of bluegrass music which goes against tradition in using electric instruments and other "non-traditional" instruments such as piano, drums, and perhaps the steel guitar, then the answer is definitely C. :)
