There's a LOT here. That could be good, but that is a ton to put in a song at a reasonable amount of time.

I'll be honest and say that's a little bit of a cliche breakup/heart break song, which is fine. You just have to be careful with songs like this because you can quickly go from looking heartbroken to looking pathetic. I don't mean to be rude, that's just what people think. I feel like a common mistake that people make in writing music is being too specific. The more specific you are to your situation, the less people will be interested in listening or reading because they don't feel like they can relate. I know you want to express the way you feel, but doing it so cut and dry can leave people unimpressed.

That's more of the content. As for the structure, I think you've got a good base rhythm here. Definitely something to work with. I try to be careful not to critique the structure too much because, while there are basic and fundamental rules that go along with creating a lyrical structure, they sometimes don't apply if you already of a good rhythm and melody in mind. That being said, the rhyming scheme is good but get's a little lost at times. Be careful when rhyming two of the same words. It works sometimes but usually not very much. I noticed it at least a couple of times.

Overall, good work. Keep writing. Sorry if this is a bit much but, in my defense, you asked for it. Ha! :)
