The volume of the Empire State Building is 1.05*106 meters^3. How many scaled nuclei could fit into the Empire State Building? How many scaled cells could fit? Scaled nuclei volume= 2.1*10^6 meters^3 Scaled cell volume=3.4*10^7 meters^3 I have the answer; I just don't understand it. The answer book says the nucleus is 2x the volume of Empire State Building and the cell is 20x. But for the nucleus, I keep getting the wrong answer. I just divided (1.05*106)/(2.1*10^6). Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!
