Before he shoots the mad dog, Jem and Scout believed that Atticus was _____. lazy useless confused not manly
@Jona31
If you use the context you can cancel out a few answers. Not manly makes no sense given the fact it is a dog. So you can cross out D. Useless can be crossed out because if it is a "Mad Dog" then something is making it aggressive. So between lazy and confused which one could it be?
^^actually, that would have to kind of disregarded for a minute. This question is in reference to "To Kill a MockingBird." Its talking about how there was a mad dog in the neighborhood and Atticus got the gun put into his hands and had to shoot it. If you remember from the book @peterg2001 , the children....Jem and Scout didn't give any hint that they though their dad was lazy. He was nothing of the sort if we looked through the rest of the book. He was hard working, he taught his children about real life, and always made time for anyone who needed him.
