Could someone pretty please give me a crash course on multi-electron atoms and molecular bonding and anti-bonding? Trying to determine what I don't know:

I know about pi and sigma bonds and Hund's as it applies to the orbital subshells, but the whole molecular bonding picture I'm not so sure about. Things like vibration and rotation energy and hybridized orbitals? Anyone know a brief-ish way to sum up what these mean in the context of a modern physics class? Would love you 5ever
